Use of Site
You may use ElectroApply.com (the "Site") and its affiliated sites to lease products for personal use. You may not use the site if you are under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 – 18 you must include the involvement of a parent or guardian who consents to be bound by all Terms and Conditions. You must be 18 or older to apply.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
All of our products are brand new and will come with warranty, therefore we do not have a return policy!
However, if an item is defective upon receipt please contact us immediately within 24 to 36 hours for an exchange.

If you picked up your item at one of our national retail partners you may be approved for an exchange of your product within a maximum of 5 days from the date your contract was executed for a working device. Restock Fees may apply and are communicated to the customer at the time of the exchange request.
You must call ElectroApply.com first in order to confirm the Exchange and be given instruction on how to complete an Exchange if it is confirmed. ElectroApply.com and it’s partners reserve the right to refuse any exchange but will do it’s best to provide you with quality service. Sold Out, Discontinued or Unavailable Products
ElectroApply.com strives to provide the most accurate product and updated inventory information to our customers. However, there will be times where a product is no longer available even after a confirmation or contract has been sent. ElectroApply.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to offer alternative products, cancel orders or refuse service at any point in the sale process.
Shipped Orders
Shipped items are customer's responsibility. Input the correct address and have a secure place for your package to be delivered. Carrier will deliver items to the address input by the customer and the customer is responsible for items upon completion of delivery to the address.
Please take any necessary measures to be available when items are to be delivered.
Additional charges
If customer incurs any additional charges after the completion of the Order those additional charges will be added to the lease. They may include a Delivery charge that was not included at the time of the sale or Extended Warranty that was not included at time of sale or any other additional charges are to be passed on to the customer with an increase to the lease total.
Order Completion
No Order is final until ElectroApply.com completes and accepts the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Limit on Products
ElectroApply.com may remove, restrict or limit the number of products or the combination of products a customer may lease.
Partner Terms and Conditions
ElectroApply.com policies, terms and conditions apply to all users of the site and supersede the policies of any partners, suppliers, affiliates, manufacturers or other entities that are associated to the sales on our site. Customers of ElectroApply.com and it’s affiliated sites are also bound by those partners Terms and Conditions in accordance with their policies as stated by them.

Prices and payments displayed are subject to change at any time in the sales process. Payments displayed are estimated not final, promised or guaranteed. They only serve to give customers an approximation of their payment. Actual payments will be determined upon creating a Lease with either TEMPOE, LLC, Acima Credit, or Progressive Leasing and is subject to their policies.
